- By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders. Applicable law may prevent the sale of some products in your area.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Western Tool Supply ships all orders via FedEx Ground. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained. All orders are shipped via standard ground delivery and typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) within the United States.
Shipping rates applied are based on the order subtotal and the following terms:

- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Western Tool Supply will be happy to process a replacement or full refund minus shipping costs after the return of the unused item. If any item you receive from us is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 - 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
